How to Order the Repair Service?

This is a repair service for your own device.

To have your unit repaired, you will need to remove the radio from your vehicle and send it to our service center. Customers outside Poland are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our facility. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us at sklep@fabryczne.pl.

You may also visit our workshop for professional unit removal and installation.

Orders are processed during our standard business hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (CET).

All repaired modules undergo rigorous testing on our specialized CAN-bus powered test bench. Each unit is thoroughly verified to ensure proper operation before being returned to the customer.

How Much Does the Repair Cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault affecting the device. In most cases, the issue can only be accurately diagnosed at our service center.

For this reason, every device sent to us receives a free diagnostic inspection and repair quotation. Once you receive the quote, you can decide whether you would like us to proceed with the repair.

Typical Faults

• Unit does not power on

• Controls are not working (radio does not respond to buttons)

• Device continuously resets when Bluetooth is activated

• Subaru logo appears during startup, followed by a system reboot (boot loop / logo reset)

• Progress bar is displayed during startup, followed by a restart, repeating indefinitely
