If you are located outside Poland, the shipping procedure is different. International customers must arrange and pay for the shipping themselves, both to our service centre and for the return shipment. The unit must be sent by courier to our address:

Free diagnosis and repair quotation

The final repair cost depends on the type of fault found in your unit.

Because the exact cause of the problem can only be determined during diagnosis at our service centre, we do not provide a fixed repair price before inspecting the unit.

When you send your radio to us, we perform a free diagnosis and provide you with a repair quotation. You can then decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair.
