§6 Withdrawal from the Contract
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the date of delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service agreement.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a clear statement electronically to: sklep@fabryczne.pl.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to another refund method.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product, if such costs apply.
In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
a) services that have been fully performed with the Customer’s explicit consent,
b) digital products (e.g. activation codes) if the performance began with the Customer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the Customer had been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

§7 Complaints and Warranty
The Customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-compliance of the product or service with the contract.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to: sklep@fabryczne.pl, including the order details and a description of the issue.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
A 24-month warranty is provided for completed services unless stated otherwise in the service description.
For digital products (e.g. activation codes), complaints regarding incorrect operation or lack of access are processed based on proof of purchase and a description of the issue provided by the Customer.
The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Customer’s rights arising from legal provisions regarding non-compliance of goods or services with the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to another refund method.
