§5 Delivery and Service Fulfillment

The fulfillment of orders depends on the type of service or product ordered.

Digital services (e.g. activation codes) are delivered electronically to the Customer’s e-mail address provided during the order process – with no additional delivery costs.

For devices submitted for repair or conversion, the following delivery options are available:

a) personal drop-off and collection – free of charge,
b) courier shipping – from PLN 18.99,
c) parcel locker shipping – from PLN 14.99.

The delivery cost is always displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

The order completion time depends on the type of service and is arranged individually with the Customer.

(The order processing time is calculated from the moment the payment is received or the transaction authorization is successfully completed.)
