How to order the repair service?

This is a professional repair service for the original multimedia display from your Kia Sportage V.

To have your device repaired, you need to remove the faulty multimedia unit/display from the vehicle and send it to us for repair.

Customers in Poland

If you are located in Poland, you can use the InPost parcel locker shipping code provided by us to send your device to our service free of charge.

Alternatively, you can visit our headquarters in Rumia and have the device removed at our premises.

Customers outside Poland

If you are sending your device from outside Poland, you must arrange and pay for the shipping yourself.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for both the shipping to our service and the return shipping.

Please make sure the device is properly protected and securely packed for transport.

After the repair, every module undergoes rigorous testing on our specialist test bench, specially built for automotive multimedia systems. The device is connected and tested using the CAN bus to verify its correct operation before being returned to the customer.

2-year warranty

All repairs are covered by a 2-year warranty.

How much does the repair cost?

The cost of repairing a non-working touchscreen in the Kia Sportage V (2021–2026) is:

For customers in Poland, the price includes shipping both ways and a 2-year warranty.

For customers outside Poland, the repair price does not include international shipping costs. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to and from our service.
