How to Order the Repair Service

This listing is for the repair of your existing device.

To complete the repair, you will need to remove the faulty radio/navigation unit from your vehicle and send it to our service center, or visit our workshop for professional removal and installation.

All repaired units undergo rigorous testing on our specialist CAN-bus-powered test bench to verify proper operation and reliability before being returned to the customer.

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Shipping Information

Customers shipping devices from outside Poland must arrange shipment independently and cover all courier costs themselves. Devices should be sent to:

How Much Does the Repair Cost?

The final repair cost depends on the type and extent of the fault, which can only be accurately diagnosed at our service center.

When you send us your device, you receive:

• Free diagnostics

• Detailed repair quotation

After receiving the quotation, you can decide whether you would like us to proceed with the repair.

Common Faults

• Unit does not power on

• Radio fails to start after the vehicle battery has been disconnected and reconnected

• Excessive battery drain even when the radio is switched off

• Intermittent operation (sometimes turns on, sometimes does not)
