How to order the repair service?

• This is a repair service for your existing radio/navigation unit.
• You will need to remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and send it to our service centre for repair. Customers outside Poland must arrange the shipment independently by courier and cover the shipping costs to our service centre and back to the customer.
• You can also visit our service centre in Rumia, Poland, where we can remove the unit from your vehicle.
• Orders are processed during our standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• If you have any questions regarding the shipping or repair process, please contact us at +48 570 570 580.
• After repair, every unit undergoes extensive testing on our specialized test bench using the vehicle's CAN bus system. The unit is thoroughly checked and verified to ensure proper operation.
• 2-year warranty on the completed repair!

Shipping instructions: Customers outside Poland are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of the unit to our service centre and the return shipment after the repair. Please contact us before shipping the unit if you need any assistance.

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault. The exact cause of the problem can only be determined after the unit has been diagnosed at our service centre. Therefore, once you send the unit to us, you receive a free diagnosis and repair quotation. You can then decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair.
