How to Order a Repair

1. This service is intended for repairing your existing factory radio or multimedia head unit.
2. Remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and arrange shipment to our repair centre in Poland using a courier of your choice.
3. Please include a note with your contact details and a description of the fault.
4. Customers outside Poland must arrange and pay for shipping to our repair centre and return shipping.
5. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (CET/CEST).
6. After the repair, the unit undergoes comprehensive functional testing on our specialised CAN bus-powered test bench.
7. A 2-year warranty is provided on the completed repair.
