How to Order a Repair Service

• This service covers the repair of your existing radio / navigation unit.
• You must remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and ship it to our service centre for repair. International customers must arrange the shipment independently using a courier of their choice and cover the shipping costs in both directions. Please include a note with your email address inside the parcel.
• Orders are processed during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (CET/CEST).
• After the repair, every unit undergoes rigorous testing on our specially developed CAN bus test bench to verify that all functions operate correctly.
• The repair service comes with a 2-year warranty!

Important shipping information: Please send the unit to our service centre at your own expense. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.

How Much Does the Repair Cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault. The exact cause can only be determined after the unit has been inspected at our service centre. We provide a free diagnosis and repair quote. Once you receive the quote, you can decide whether you would like us to proceed with the repair.
