How to order the repair service?

• This is a repair service for your existing radio/navigation unit.
• You will need to remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and ship it to our service centre for repair. You can also visit our facility in Rumia, Poland, where we can remove the unit for you.
• For customers outside Poland, the device must be shipped to us at the customer's own expense. Please pack the unit securely and include a note with your contact details and email address.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our service centre as well as the return shipping costs after the repair.
• Orders are processed during our standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM CET.

• After repair, every unit undergoes rigorous testing on our specialist, purpose-built CAN bus test bench to verify that all functions are working correctly.

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault. The exact cause of the problem can only be determined after the unit has been diagnosed at our service centre. When you send us your device, you receive a free diagnosis and repair quotation. We only proceed with the repair after you accept the quotation.
