To have your unit repaired, you will need to remove the radio/head unit from your vehicle and send it to our service center.

• Customers outside Poland are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping both to and from our service center.

Every repaired unit undergoes comprehensive testing on our dedicated, custom-built CAN-bus diagnostic test bench. This allows us to verify that every function operates correctly before the device is returned to the customer.

2-Year Warranty

All completed repairs are covered by a 24-month warranty.

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault found during inspection.

Because many issues cannot be diagnosed remotely, we first perform a professional inspection of your device. After the diagnosis, you will receive a repair quotation and can decide whether you would like us to proceed with the repair.
