How to Order a Repair Service
- This service covers the repair of your existing device.
- You will need to remove the faulty display from your vehicle and send it to our service centre for repair. Alternatively, you can visit our premises in Rumia, Poland, to have the unit removed by our team.
- Orders are processed during our standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
- If you need assistance with arranging the shipment, please contact us at +48 570 570 580.
- After repair, all modules undergo rigorous testing on our specially designed test bench using the CAN bus system. Each unit is checked to verify that it functions correctly.
- 2-year warranty on the repair service!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: Customers outside Poland must arrange and pay for shipping to our service centre themselves. Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility. Please include a note with your name, email address and a description of the fault inside the parcel.
How Much Does the Repair Cost?
The repair service for this particular unit costs PLN 700 gross. A VAT invoice is issued for every repair, and the service comes with a 2-year warranty.

Yes, if you are sending the unit to us, you must remove the display from your vehicle and ship it to our service centre. If you prefer not to remove it yourself, you can visit our premises in Rumia, Poland, and arrange removal with our team.
5. How do I send my display for repair?
Customers outside Poland must arrange shipping with a courier of their choice and cover the cost of sending the unit to our service centre. Please package the display securely and include a note with your name, email address and a description of the fault. Once the repair is completed, we will contact you to arrange the return shipment. Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility.
6. Is shipping to and from your service centre free?
No. For international customers, shipping costs in both directions are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the repair price of PLN 700 gross.
7. How long does an Opel Astra K display repair take?
We process orders during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The turnaround time depends on our current workload and the nature of the fault. Please contact us for an estimated repair time.
8. Do you provide a warranty on the repaired display?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on the repair service. After repair, the units undergo testing on a specialised test bench using the CAN bus system to verify correct operation.
9. Can you repair a display that has completely stopped working?
Yes, you can send us a unit that displays no image, has a black screen or fails to start when the ignition is switched on. These symptoms may be caused by faulty display components. The final scope of the repair depends on the diagnosis.
10. Can you repair a display with lines or a partially working screen?
Yes, these are among the faults we handle. If horizontal or vertical lines appear on the screen, part of the image is missing or the display shows a distorted picture, you can send the unit to us for diagnosis and repair.
11. Can you repair a display that flickers or turns off by itself?
Yes, we also repair displays affected by flickering, intermittent image loss or unexpected shutdowns. The cause of the problem must be identified through diagnosis of the individual unit.
