  • a video installation guide.
• Insert the USB drive into the car → enter the code → the update starts automatically.

NTG6 map updates only work in navigation systems that are:
✔ fully functional,
✔ originating from European distribution,
✔ factory-installed in the vehicle (not compatible with retrofits or replacements).

❗ The activation code (PIN) is generated individually based on your vehicle VIN number.
Make sure you provide the correct VIN — otherwise the code will not work.

This product contains digital content individually generated based on the buyer’s VIN number.
The package includes a map on USB drive and a personalized activation code that works only in your specific vehicle.

Therefore:
✔ once code generation starts, cancellation is not possible,
✔ the product is non-refundable,
✔ according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU – digital content supplied on individual request and personalized products are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.

If you provide an incorrect VIN or request cancellation after the process has started — refunds are not possible.
