Repair / Shipping Procedure

1. Purchase our repair service online or contact us by phone.
2. After processing your order, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email.
3. Remove your faulty display module from the vehicle and send it to us. Pack the device securely and leave the package at any available parcel locker.
4. We will inspect and repair your display. If available, we can also offer additional services such as:
   • software updates
   • map updates
   • region changes

   (additional services are paid separately and are not required for the repair)

5. The repaired module will be shipped back to you no later than the next working day.
6. Install the repaired unit back into your vehicle — no coding, security code, or dealership visit is required.
