• You need to remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and send it to our service centre in Rumia, Poland. You can arrange the shipment with a courier of your choice.
• Please include a piece of paper inside the parcel with your email address so we can identify your shipment and contact you regarding the diagnosis and repair.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping both to and from our service centre.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (Polish local time).
• After the repair, the unit undergoes testing on our specialist test bench to verify the correct operation of its electronics and communication with the vehicle systems.
• Warranty: 2 years on the completed repair service.
