How to order the repair service?

• This is a repair service for your original device.
• You will need to remove the faulty radio/navigation unit from your vehicle and send it to our service center for repair. Customers outside Poland must arrange the shipment themselves using a courier of their choice and cover the shipping costs both ways.
• Please send the device to our service center at: FABRYCZNE.PL, Rumia, ul. Pomorska 17B, Poland.
• If you are located in Poland, you can also visit our company premises in Rumia and have the unit removed at our service center.
• Orders are processed during our standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (CET).
• If you need assistance with the repair or shipping process, please contact us at +48 570 570 580.
• After repair, every unit undergoes rigorous testing on our specialist, custom-built test bench using the vehicle's CAN bus. The device is thoroughly checked and verified to ensure correct operation.
• 2-year warranty on the repair service!

IMPORTANT – SHIPPING FROM OUTSIDE POLAND:

Customers outside Poland must arrange and pay for the shipment of the device to our service center themselves. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost after the repair. Please make sure the device is securely packed for transport and include your contact details and email address inside the package.

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault. We can determine the exact cause of the problem only after the unit has been inspected at our service center. Therefore, when you send us your device, you receive a free diagnosis and a repair quotation. You can then decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair.
