How to order the repair service?

• This is a repair service for your own device.
• You will need to remove the faulty radio/navigation unit from your vehicle and send it to our service center in Rumia, Poland by courier. Customers outside Poland are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our service center and return shipping.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (CET).
• All repaired units undergo rigorous testing on our specialized, custom-built test bench using the CAN bus. Each device is thoroughly checked and verified to ensure proper operation.
• 2-year warranty on the completed repair service!

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault, which can only be properly diagnosed at our service center. After you send us the device, we provide a free diagnosis and repair quote. You can then decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair.
