How to order a repair service?

• This service involves repairing your existing radio / navigation unit.
• You must remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and send it to our service centre by courier. Please arrange and pay for shipping yourself. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. Include a note with your email address inside the parcel so we can contact you regarding the diagnosis and repair estimate. Alternatively, you can visit our workshop in Rumia, Poland, and arrange to have the unit removed at our premises.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• After repair, all units undergo rigorous testing on our specialist, custom-built test bench using the CAN bus system. We verify the unit's operation to ensure it functions correctly.
• 2-year warranty on the repair!

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type of fault. Since the cause of the problem can only be determined after the unit has been inspected at our service centre, we provide a free diagnosis and repair estimate. Once you receive the estimate, you can decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair. You are not obliged to accept the quote.
