Customers in Poland can use the shipping code provided by us for an InPost parcel locker to send the device to our service center.

Alternatively, you can visit our headquarters and have the unit removed by us.

Customers from outside Poland

If you are sending your device from outside Poland, you must arrange the shipment to us yourself.

Customers from outside Poland are responsible for the shipping costs in both directions. This means that you must cover the cost of sending the faulty unit to our service center and the cost of returning the repaired unit to you.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and packing the device securely to prevent damage during transportation.

We provide a 2-year warranty on the repair service performed.

How much does the repair cost?

The repair cost depends on the type and cause of the fault.

Since the exact problem can only be diagnosed after the unit has been inspected at our service center, we offer a free diagnosis and repair quotation.

Once we have diagnosed the unit and provided you with the repair cost, you decide whether you want us to proceed with the repair.
