Repair Procedure

1. Purchase our repair service online or contact us by phone.
2. Remove the faulty unit from your vehicle and send it to us using a courier service of your choice. Please ensure the package is securely protected during transport.
3. We will inspect and repair your display. If possible, we may also offer software updates, map updates, or region conversion services (available at an additional cost and not required for the repair).
4. The repaired module will be shipped back to you no later than the next business day.
5. Reinstall the unit in your vehicle – no coding, security codes, or dealership visit is required.
